Esto se aplica tanto para hombres como para mujeres. Guruji Pattabhi Jois dice que cualquier lesión que se produce en estos días tomará mucho tiempo para curarse. La razón : La Luna Gobierna las Mareas. Nuestro cuerpo esta formado por un 70% de agua por lo que, como las mareas, nos afectan las fases de la luna ,las cuales, están determinadas por la posición relativa de la luna respecto al sol.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;Las Altas Mareas están en tiempo de Luna Llena, se genera excesivo movimiento energético en nuestros cuerpos, existe una mayor lubricación de los músculos y ligamentos, por lo tanto mayor flexibilidad y mas posibilidades de lesiones , en esta etapa nuestra mente esta muy activa y dispersa y nos enfocamos mucho mas a nuestro cuerpo. Las Bajas Mareas están con la Luna Nueva u oscura, en estos días la energía se tranquiliza, el cuerpo probablemente se siente agotado, se secan las articulaciones y ligamentos, y la flexibilidad del cuerpo se reduce.
